Are you a leader with work experience in peace and development? Are you committed to community service and the pursuit of peace?

The Rotary Foundation offers fellowships to help you transform your gifts into service projects that will change lives close to home and worldwide.

The Rotary Peace Fellowship includes two options for applicants to choose from. Both of them cover 

The Rotary Foundation offers up to 50 fellowships for master’s degrees and up to 80 for certificate studies at premier universities. Choose the one that fits you best.

Professional Development Certificate program

This is a one-year learning program, where you can gain practical skills to promote peace within your communities.
This program is designed for working professionals with 11 weeks of on-site participation. Fellows earn a post-graduate diploma upon completion of the program.

Candidates should have a social initiative ready to promote peace and development within the program region.

The Fellowship begins with a two-week online course, then fellows join a ten-week on-site course with field studies.

Afterward, Fellows return home for a nine-month social change initiative with interactive online sessions. 

At the end of the program is a one-week seminar to conclude the Fellowship.

Master’s degree programs

Master’s degree fellowship lasts between 15 and 24 months with a two/three-month field study designed by participants. Fellows study peace and development issues with research-informed teaching.

The Rotary Peace Fellowship – remaining important information

Candidates for both fellowships must have a least three years between the completion of their most recent academic degree program and their intended start date for the fellowship.
In addition, Rotary Peace Fellowships cannot be used for doctoral study.

The Rotary Foundation invites candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply, as well as those with disabilities, where Rotary offers accommodations to those in need.
