L’OREAL Global Opportunity Program offers students and young graduates to become future leaders by developing their potential and enhancing their intercultural skills.

2 types of your opportunities:

1. An international internship, where L’OREAL offers you the opportunity to experience the company firsthand in a wide variety of departments, in any country and for any of its global brands. Many former interns have joined the company after participating in L’OREAL’s international internship program.
2. A VIE (Volunteer for International Experience), where anyone with a European passport can spend 12 to 18 months at L’OREAL. The participants work in one of the firms subsidiaries in an international office abroad from its headquarters in France. n divisions such as Finance, Marketing, Digital, Operations, HR, Communications and Research.
