I met up with a friend a few months back and learned all about Snip.ly and Buffer to help with my content marketing.

I highly recommend that you check these tools out.

Content marketing with Snip.ly & Buffer

The basic versions of these tools are FREE to use and very helpful in providing interesting and relevant content on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Each website gives you a step-by-step guide on how to use them.

Basically, Snip.ly lets you capture interesting articles from various websites or your own blog posts. It creates a short link for you, which you can then post on your social media platforms.

Buffer, in turn, allows you to stack posts in a queue and choose when and what platforms you want these articles posted on. Very handy if you are going away for a few days, but still want to post something useful on your social media platforms.

When someone clicks on your article, they will see a small pop-up appear at the end of the screen, containing your picture and a link to your landing page or website.

I use this when I am tweeting and it provides a link back to my website. I also post these links on my Facebook pages and on LinkedIn.

Choose articles that are relevant to your niche and that you have read yourself and find useful.

It can be difficult to constantly try and come up with content for your social media sites, and these tools are a huge assistance.

They will help you get your name out there and read more and more relevant articles every day.

You can join for FREE at www.buffer.com and www.snip.ly.

How do you find these tools? What other content marketing tools do you use to promote your content? I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
