Carole is an experienced business coach and mentor helping businesses to achieve sustained growth. More recently she has mentored Millennials leaving university or employment, encouraging development of a vision to be their own boss and start their own successful entrepreneur business. Several millennial start-ups she has mentored have won national awards in recognition of their innovative products and continuous growth. Carole has written a number of award winning articles on coaching for academic journals and newspapers and is the author of a recent e-pub book ‘Flying Solo under 30’.
