Submit your idea now for the chance to win cash prizes and see your idea come of life!
To be eligible, please complete the various stages of the competition. Showcase your knowledge of current sphere applications, propose your idea and build on this idea to submit your proposed innovation. The best ideas will be shortlisted and the winners selected after the January deadline.

Prize
- First place winner’s idea will be implemented if the idea is financially, industrially, environmentally and socially feasible, upon solely discretionary decision from NN. Winners will also have the opportunity to visit an NN Inc. facility for an awards ceremony and hands-on experience!
- First place winner will receive 3,000 Euros cash prize and their idea implemented by NN Inc.
- Second and third place winners will receive €2,000 and €1,000 cash prize, respectively
- NN Inc. reserves the right of first refusal for ideas submitted for the contest
- No prize alternatives are offered
- Prizes are non-transferable
- The winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to the acceptance of the prize.
Eligibility
- All submissions must be in English
- You must be 18 years or older or have written parental consent to compete
- Winners must abide by the application requirements of the host organization
- All users must provide submissions that the user has created him/herself
- All users must provide personal information that is truthful and accurate.
Application
To take part in #thenextsphere contest, follow the application link and create a profile.
First you will be asked to take The Mechanics Challenge, which consists out of 8 questions with 8 minutes time limit. Right after that you will need to write an Innovation Summary Essay (250 words with no time limit). The next step is to write a Motivational Statement. After that, you will be asked to upload a Business Plan and the final step is to create the profile form.
- Questions are all multiple choice with one correct answer only
- Each question has its own time limit
- When the time us up, you will automatically be forward to the next question
- You can only take this quiz once.
