Asia Pacific Youth Camp 2019
The world is changing. As young generations, we have big issues in environmental areas. Environmental issues have been growing interest of people concerns. The rapid growth of population directly increases the demand for human basic needs while nature has its limit as some sources are not renewable. In this modernization era, everything has become modern, and the high technological advances also bring impacts to nature sustainability.
Awareness of these special issues have been raised not only for the government but also academics, expert, psychologist, NGOs and event general public. We believe that action in taking care of our nature should be done by involving more elements including youth as the next generation.
Why participate?
It is important for young people to be aware of the problem and engage in it attempt to solve the problem.
Asia Pacific Youth Camp is an event purposely organized for youths who care about the future of their environment and leadership and have the intention to do a concrete effort to preserve nature.
This event will also connect them as young leaders around the world with the same passion for environmental issues and similar projects to solve environmental problems in their community.
Event overview
Asia Pacific Youth Camp 2.0 will be conducted in Baliwoso Ecotourism Park, Bali, Indonesia. Bali is a tourism destination that offers not only its beautiful scenery but also an abundance of cultural traditions inherited through generations as its local wisdom.
This event includes the learning program of culture and ecotourism in a few days. Within this short period, the learners will stay in tent and doing activities and mingle with the local people.
While living with them, learners will have the opportunity to study and enjoy traditional performing arts and farming livelihood in Baliwoso.

- Establish communication and network among World Youth Generation having passion in the environmental sector
- Accommodate environmental issue sharing and cultural exchange for World Youth Leaders
Experience Balinese culture while building leadership skills
- Purposeful Learning Program
This event educates for sustainability through the local community, ecotourism cultural learning including how to survive in a rural area, learning Balinese culture and also eco-education with local people. The holistic, student-guided approach inspires and empowers them to be young leaders.
- Passionate Community of Learners
We can only change the world together as communities. At this event, participants, lectures and the local village neighbours will learn, work and play together to inspire and encourage each other to live purposeful lives.
- Integrated Culture Learning Program
Experience living in the village, communicating with local people that is an architectural wonder in the middle of ecotourism village on the magical areas in the main Baliwoso areas. The village inspires to open minds, open hearts and a great love for our surroundings.
