The 18th edition, themed #Tech-tonic Motions in Learning, will be held between November 4 and 8 in the vibrant city of Reykjavik, Iceland.

What is the International Tool Fair?

The ITF is a flagship event within Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps community. 

It brings together organizations and project leaders from diverse sectors such as Youth, Sports, School Education, Adult Education, and Vocational Education and Training (VET).

This annual event transcends borders, fostering a global exchange of ideas and practices. Its unique Features including:

Tools Workshops: a platform created for peer learning, where they can showcase their tools in an interactive format.

  • Tools to Explore: dive into novel approaches for working with youth with these sessions
  • Tool Coaching: benefit from experienced Tool Coaches and receive personalized support.
  • Tools Market: space for diverse educational innovations that don’t fit into a workshop format
  • TF Talks: challenge yourself with thought-provoking sessions tailored for the ITF audience. 
  • EU Youth Programmes Hot Spot: Chance to Q&A with National Agency and SALTO staff

Eligibility and remaining info for the ITF

The ITF ideally serves youth workers, trainers, and youth project managers from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries and neighboring partner countries. Furthermore, individuals with disabilities will find the event accessible, and all sessions will be conducted in English.

The hosting National Agency or SALTO will cover accommodation and food.

For participation fees and travel reimbursement, contact your National Agency or SALTO, as these vary by country.
