Eligibility: Students 18-26 years old enrolled in an undergraduate program or graduated within three years. You must be the first generation to attend university from a low-income background. Alternatively, your education has been impacted by a natural disaster and/or armed conflict (i.e. refugees or displaced persons).

Aspire Leaders Program 2023

Aspire Leaders Program will tangibly support the next steps of your journey as a young leader. You will receive a host of leadership, academic, and professional development resources through a tiered application structure that reaches thousands of students globally.

Aspire Institute’s mission is to transform the lives of young adults worldwide who are currently underserved through a fully funded leadership development program that catalyzes our leaders of tomorrow to make a positive impact in their communities.

The Aspire alumni network is a dynamic and diverse group spanning countries around the world. Membership in this group provides access to mentorship, grants, networking, affinity groups, and local ambassador cohorts.

What are the Aspire Leaders Program opportunities?

Participants will gain exposure to a variety of experiences, such as a self-paced and live seminars and courses led by world-class faculty, case-study discussion groups, and mentorship and grant opportunities.

This extensive, multidisciplinary curriculum has been curated by Harvard faculty. Most uniquely, alumni current Leaders-in-Training will connect with a diverse, hard-working, and talented group of future leaders spanning continents and intellectual curiosities.

Through the program, students will:

• Gain access to fully-funded HarvardX courses and leadership development tools.
• Participate in live seminars with Harvard and world-class faculty.
• Exchange ideas in a virtual classroom with a global community of peers.
